1st Nine Weeks Portfolio October 2018
The portfolio should have a cover page as the front. It includes your name and number in appropriate places, and the following items spaced vertically across the page: Science, the Grading Period, and the Date.
The rest of your portfolio should contain the assignments for the grading period placed in the order listed by the Table of Contents.
Number each assignment boldly on the top left corner of the assignment. The numbers should correlate to the numbers on the Table of Contents.
If you are missing an assignment, place a sheet of paper in the portfolio in the place of that assignment. Put the title of the missing assignment on the paper, along with the appropriate number from the Table of Contents in the appropriate place.
The entire portfolio should be stapled in the top RIGHT corner.
